Job Description
Create Technical Drawings – Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D (if required) technical drawings based on IFC, specifications, and other design information provided by engineers or architects.
Drafting and modeling – Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, sectioning, and mounting details using CAD software.
Revise and modify designs – Make necessary adjustments and modifications to CAD designs based on feedback from engineers, architects, or clients.
Follow Standards and Guidelines – Ensure that all CAD drawings and models adhere to industry-specific standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
Data Organization – Maintain organized records of CAD drawings, ensuring proper file management and version controls.
Quality Control – Review and check CAD drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards before finalizing and submitting them.
Assist in Project Documentation – Support the documentation process by providing CAD drawings as required for reports and project documentation.
Meeting deadlines – Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver CAD designs on time.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
