Job Description
Assemble lighting fixtures: Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to correctly assemble parts into finished products.
Quality control: Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards. Identify and address any defects or issues in the assembly process.
Efficiency and productivity: Work efficiently to meet production quotas while maintaining high standards of quality. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep assembly areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly experience: Proven experience in a parts assembly role, preferably in the manufacturing or lighting industry.
- Technical skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Basic understanding of electrical components is a plus.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of assembled products.
- Team player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Physical fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy components, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Note: Candidates must be amenable to work in Valenzuela City.

Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month
