Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- High School / Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply (BPO experience is not required)
- Good English communication skills

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
