Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Email and Chat Support Representative to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 4 months. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional customer support through email and chat channels.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in using customer support software are preferred.
