Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Email and Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through email and chat channels.
Your main duties as an Email and Chat Support Representative will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and resolving customer concerns. You will need to have strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with customers primarily through written channels.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, be a quick learner, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred. Experience with email and chat support platforms is a plus.
