Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate technical information to customers clearly.
  • Escalate technical issues to internal technical teams for resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with customers and internal technical teams.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions and provide reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework in tech or related field preferred.
  • Experience is not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
