Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
What You Need:
- Friendly and good communicator.
- Proficient in using a phone and computer.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- High School, College, or Vocational diploma.
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
- Strong verbal and listening skills, preferred language: English.
