Job Description
We invite you to become a valued member of the Teleservices – Ortigas team as an Email and Chat Support Specialist! We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This opportunity is perfect for recent college graduates, regardless of experience, or undergraduates who have completed at least two years of college and possess a minimum of six months of experience in BPO or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to clients regarding healthcare inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through calls, email, and chat.
- Accurately document all interactions.
Qualifications:
- College degree or relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
