Job Description

Qualifications:
a. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
b. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reach at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
c. High School Graduates are accepted
d. Fluent in English
e. Must be amenable to work onsite
- Job Responsibility: May respond to call questions and complaints using predefined scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls.
- Communicates alternatives for completion in a timely fashion.
- Provides instruction and support to lower-level employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
