Job Description
Qualifications:
- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- With BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist our community to resolve inquiries empathetically and accurately
- Become knowledgeable about social media products and community standards
- Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
