Job Description
Qualifications:
- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- College Graduate
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- with BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time
- Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards
- Make well-balanced decisions and be an effective advocate for our community
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and empathy
- Display a strong bias towards supporting social media’s mission
