Job Description
SGS – Careers – PH is seeking a dedicated Email/Chat Support & Back Office Gaming Assistant to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, conduct follow-up calls, and deliver exceptional customer service to resolve client inquiries. You will also be responsible for accurately maintaining customer records and updating our database with relevant information.
This full-time, permanent position welcomes fresh graduates and offers a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month. Employees will enjoy benefits such as health and life insurance, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.
