Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly without transferring calls.
- Match customer needs to our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and secure customer agreement.
- Share information and insights with both internal and external clients.
