Position Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting customers with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving billing concerns, and ensuring a seamless streaming experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer concerns regarding billing discrepancies, payment methods, and subscription changes.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve common issues.
- Verify customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
