Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time, and quality.
- Resolve telephone messages and provide information to users.
- Inspect mail, fax, and email to deliver client services.
- Operate computer systems to answer consumer questions.
- Communicate with consumers via phone or written communication to resolve issues.
