We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process with opportunities to earn up to ₱28,00 monthly! SGS Sapient, your BPO Global Hub, is mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro locations.
Position Overview: The Email Chat Support Representative will collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve user inquiries via email and chat.
- Provide guidance on content moderation practices.
- Document issues and maintain accurate records.
