Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College
- High School Graduates accepted
- Conversant in English
- Amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to call questions and complaints
- Gathers information, resolves queries, and logs customer calls
- Provides guidance and troubleshooting support
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,273.09 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Life insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay, Tips
