Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Align customer demands with our clients’ products and services.
- Use influencing skills to recover from objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients while collaborating with colleagues.
