EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR RAPIDLY EXPANDING TEAM WORKING A 4-DAY-A-WEEK SCHEDULE
EARN AS MUCH AS 25K
The Patient Correspondence Associate is an overall interdepartmental liaison to a tertiary hospital based in Thailand. This role will provide pre-arrangement services, appointments, and general hospital services to individual patients and relatives. This role will also cater to foreign clients seeking medical treatment overseas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Arrange appointments and general hospital services. This includes liaising with doctors, nurses, and related departments necessary for the client’s treatment.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services via email
- Service delivery to include initial medical history taking and coordination of refer-in services to different departments
- Expected to participate in process improvement, problem analysis, and solution implementation.
- Participate in employee engagement activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied-health profession (Midwife, PT, Pharmacy, etc.)
- 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly analytical and organized with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adept in working with dual screens and with general computer literacy
- Amenable to working in shifting schedule
- Amenable to reporting onsite (Makati) during training and transition period
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila or willing to travel to Makati
