Job Description
Shift: 12AM – 9AM MNLMonday – Friday | Work Set-up: Remote Work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Map out client content calendars and email strategies at the beginning of each month.
- Develop and manage the execution of email campaigns.
- Write persuasive sales copy for all sales campaigns.
- Create visually appealing emails according to client brand standards.
- Develop and maintain segmentation strategies for behavioral-based emails.
- Analyze email performance and data and make improvements.
- Report email performance data to the internal team and clients.
- Configure, analyze, and maintain automated email flows.
- Perform A/B tests throughout workflows to constantly improve campaign results.
- Stay up to date on best practices for eCommerce email marketers.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of Klaviyo experience
- At least 2 years of eCommerce email marketing experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of best email marketing practices
- Excellent persuasive copywriting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
