Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts including Non-Voice and Voice accounts.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients and collaborate with colleagues.
