Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- ✓ At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- ✓ No BPO experience required, fresh graduates welcome
- ✓ Excellent communication skills
- ✓ BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers
- Responding promptly to inquiries
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Product knowledge to assist customers effectively
