Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Email Support Specialist in a hybrid work setup. As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing timely and professional responses via email.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in customer service or email support is preferred but not required.
