Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Answer participant questions and ensure full understanding of critical information
What are we looking for?
- Open to candidates who completed college with no experience required
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience welcome
- Excellent to above average English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work onsite within 25km to 35km
