Job Description
Reliasourcing seeks a full-time, onsite Email Support Representative to deliver excellent non-voice customer service for a fashion brand. You will manage email inquiries regarding products, sizing, availability, orders, returns/exchanges, and shipment tracking; record interactions in the CRM; escalate issues appropriately; and stay current on product lines and policies.
- Open to fresh graduates; 1+ year of customer service experience in retail, e-commerce, or BPO preferred.
- Must be fashion-aware, detail-oriented, tech-proficient, and able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Onsite attendance in Pasay is required.
