We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. List of vacancies we have for you: – Customer Service Representative – Technical Support Representative – Sales/Retail Representative – Travel and Hotel Associate – Healthcare Specialist – Financial Associate – Telemarketer – Email Support Representative (New Opening!) Responsibilities: – Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using provided scripts and procedures. – Know the company products, services, policies, and procedures during the training period to effectively address customer inquiries. – Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
