Job Description
Lucky Together Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Employee and Labor Relations. The ideal candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in employee and labor relations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Your responsibilities will include preparing memoranda, conducting employee evaluations, providing administrative HR support, and managing personnel-related documentation and reports.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for promotion and salary increases. The schedule is Monday to Friday.
