Job Description
An Employee Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that employees adhere to company policies and regulations. They conduct detailed audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. The analyst also collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance training programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to assess employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and revise company policies to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
- Harness data analytics tools to analyze compliance data and identify patterns or trends.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate and train employees on company policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field.
- Prior experience in compliance analysis or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
