Job Description
Join Alorica as an Employee Engagement Specialist! You will be responsible for developing and executing the Hypercare Process at assigned sites and special projects. Collaborate with site leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention through identifying process improvement opportunities.
This hybrid position requires strong organizational, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills. A B2 English level or higher is essential. Drug testing is part of the hiring process.
