Job Description
As an Employee Life Cycle Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. This temporary position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to ensure a positive employee experience.
Your main tasks will include coordinating recruitment processes, conducting orientation sessions, managing performance appraisals, and handling exit interviews. You will also assist in HR administrative tasks and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with prior experience in HR roles. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
