Job Description
Dynamic Strategy Solutions Experts Corporation is seeking a dedicated Employee Relation Team Leader. In this role, you will:
- Offer counseling services to employees
- Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes
- Perform employee background checks and verify information
Qualifications include proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role, knowledge of employment law, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with excellent organizational abilities and strong problem-solving skills, are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month.
Benefits: Company events; Schedule: 8 hour day shift; Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary & overtime pay.
