Job Description
Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst to join our team in Manila. The Employee Relations team plays a vital role in bridging the gap between Human Resources and Legal, addressing employee concerns from both shipboard and shoreside personnel via the Aware Hotline. Key responsibilities include monitoring HR-related reports, gathering relevant information, and participating in investigative processes. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and relevant Human Resources experience, complemented by exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required to succeed in this role.
