Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing actionable solutions and strategies in the areas of preventing and resolving problems involving employees that stem out of or affect work situations, Employee Programs, Employee Services, and Relations in line with the Mission, Vision, objectives, Strategies, and Core Values of the organization.
- Responsible for managing employee relations-related activities and leads the team in administering and fostering positive employer-employee relationships.
- Organizes and supervises a variety of employee activities like sports tournaments, departmental outings, holiday parties, awards, CSR programs, and other sponsored activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Industrial Relations
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related field
- Willingness to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
