Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations, HR management, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including memo drafting.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and conflict resolution skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor relations and employment laws.
Job Description:
- Conduct regular visits to client sites for direct employee engagement.
- Address and coordinate employee concerns promptly.
- Draft memos and communications related to employee relations.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Promote a positive work environment through engagement activities.
- Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve employee issues.
- Maintain and update employee records efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
