Job Description
LABOR RELATIONS
- Oversee the entire cycle of employee cases due process, including:
- Reviewing Incident Reports
- Creating Show Cause Memos
- Conducting Admin Hearings
- Creating Decision Notices
Handle employee grievance management, exit interviews, and resolution of employee relation issues.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Establish, update, and communicate workplace policies and procedures
- Promote knowledge and compliance with organizational policies and employment laws
- Initiate employee wellness activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Benefits:
