Job Description
Hebe Beauty Cosmetics, a prominent player in the cosmetic industry, is expanding its presence in the Philippines after achieving success in Indonesia. Join us in our growth strategy by becoming an Employee Relations Specialist as we launch Hebe Beauty in Vietnam and Thailand in 2021.
Responsibilities include:
- Process staff resignations, conduct exit clearances, and handle related tasks
- Enhance the company employee handbook and code of conduct
- Issue staff memos, attend labor department meetings, and hearings
- Review company contracts, files, and draft memos
- Timely issuance of performance evaluations for employees
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Expertise in employment law, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Relevant training/certifications as an Employee Relations Specialist
