Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate HR policies
- Conduct exit interviews
- Analyze employee data
- Create employee profiles
- Update employee files
- Adhere to regulations
- Represent company at events
- Oversee orientation and training
- Update labor laws
- Facilitate management-employee communication
Requirements and Skills:
- 8+ years as an Employee Relations Specialist
- Knowledge of employment law
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications

Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
