Job Description
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a positive work environment and maintaining strong relationships between employees and the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing employee relations strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Advising and coaching managers and employees on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances in a fair and objective manner.
- Assessing and addressing employee engagement and satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback sessions, and other tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee relations skills and foster a positive workplace culture.
