Job Description
Dynamic Strategy Solutions Experts Corporation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Supervisor to manage our ER team effectively. The successful candidate will handle performance management, address client and employee inquiries, and provide resolutions for escalated issues. Responsibilities include representing the company in labor cases and guiding clients on ER-related consultations. You will monitor team trackers to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company events
Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, including holidays.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Management experience preferred (1 year); Fluent in English preferred.
