Job Description
As an Employee Relations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive working environment and fostering healthy relationships between employees and the organization. You will be responsible for implementing employee relation policies, providing guidance on employee-related issues, and ensuring fair treatment of all employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relation strategies and programs
- Advise and support managers in handling employee-related matters
- Investigate and resolve conflicts and grievances
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Proven experience in employee relations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
