Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
This position assists with various tasks related to applicant accommodation requests, provides excellent customer service, and relies on experience, U.S. laws, and company guidelines to make business decisions. Duties include communicating with job applicants, documenting information, and monitoring case progress.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct follow-up interviews for accommodation requests.
- Create detailed case notes and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Adhere to established support process guidelines.
- Interact with all levels of management and applicants.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-year office support or call center experience.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detailed documentation and record maintenance abilities.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 3 months
Pay: From Php30,00.00 per month
