Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is on the lookout for an Employee Wellbeing Manager. This role involves the development and management of comprehensive strategies focused on enhancing employee mental health, physical health, and social well-being. The successful candidate will implement nationwide programs including Employee Assistance Programs and Wellbeing Training.
Key responsibilities include evaluating employee needs, designing holistic programs, promoting well-being initiatives, monitoring outcomes, and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, along with 7-10 years of relevant experience. This position will operate in a hybrid environment in Ortigas, Pasig.
