As a Reservation Supervisor, you will lead the Reservations Team, ensuring compliance with standards, effectively managing call volumes, and responding to inquiries about our hotel’s amenities and services.
We seek a candidate who is passionate about guest service, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and has prior experience in a related position. Fluency in English is essential, and familiarity with the Opera reservation system is a plus.
