Job Description
This role involves ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security during the conversion process. The Encoder will work closely with other departments to ensure that the data is correctly encoded and accessible for intended use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that encoded data maintains its integrity and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the encoding process.
- Verify that encoded data meets specified standards and requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality.
- Assist in encoding protocols and procedures development.
- Maintain accurate records of encoding activities.
- Prepare reports on encoding operations and any encountered issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in data encoding or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
