Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates for our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Matches customers’ needs with products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares information with internal and external clients and colleagues.
