Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team as an ENCODER / CSR (PURE NON-VOICE) at Caldwell-BPO North-EDSA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns via phone or written communication
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Match customer needs with company solutions
- Utilize negotiation skills to address objections and secure customer buy-in
- Communicate information effectively with clients and colleagues
