Job Description
Job Description:
– Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
– Update logs and order forms
– Coordinate and report directly to the Operations Head
– Prepare, encode, and file forms and other necessary documents
– Provide support to the Operations Head as required
– Organize files and distribute mails
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
– Graduate in Marketing Management, Operations Management, or related field
– Detail-oriented
– Excellent communication skills
– Available to start ASAP
– Willing to work in Panay Ave., Quezon City.
