- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact to avoid transfers.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to handle objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
