Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers to address concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolves customer issues efficiently on the first contact.
- Matches customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares information with internal and external clients while collaborating with colleagues.

Job Details:
