Job Description
Caldwell Communications is hiring for the position of ENCODER / NON-VOICE. Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers promptly and effectively.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact.
- Match customers’ needs to Clients’ products.
- Utilize negotiation skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay Types:
